Paragon's sales and merchandising efforts operate under the direction of our Headquarters office in Southlake, Texas. Additional support is provided by our regional offices located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Homburg, Germany. These offices manage the activities of Paragon Regional Managers and Paragon Service Professionals (PSP's) around the world.
Paragon is one of only a handful of operational full service military brokers. Our worldwide in-store servicing capabilities, which extend to most AAFES, NEXCOM and MCX Main Exchanges and Military Clothing Stores, are the foundation of our operations
Reporting to Paragon's team of Regional Managers are approximately 140
in-store merchandisers. Paragon service professionals (PSP's) perform a variety of roles in support of our clients. PSP responsibilities include stocking product, performing inventory scans, setting and resetting planograms, checking damage/defective cages, repairing defective merchandise, arranging for returns, performing in store demonstrations, and writing DSD (direct to store). In addition to our travelling demonstration team, the Paragon Retail Experience, Paragon also sponsors hundreds of in-store product demonstrations every year for our clients.
Although Paragon takes great pride in the work our PSP's perform, it is important to note that only Paragon Regional Managers are authorized to perform the following activities:
- Presenting new programs to store management
- Negotiating mark-down or promotional allowances
- Writing off product for display, give-away or return
- Working directly with AAFES, Navy or Marine Corps buyers
